Most homes in Kerala are finished room by room, by different people, and it shows. We plan the whole house together: layout, ceilings, lighting, wall finishes, furniture and soft furnishings. Colours, materials and details carry through from the living room to the bedrooms.
What We Handle
- Space planning and furniture layouts for living, dining and bedrooms
- False ceilings with cove and profile lighting
- Wall panelling, TV walls, fluted and veneer feature walls
- Wardrobes, dressers, beds and storage, built by our own carpenters
- Wallpapers, curtains, LED mirrors and decor from our showroom
- Renovations of existing homes and apartments
How We Work
It starts with a one-to-one meeting to understand each other. Within Calicut city limits we then visit your site free of charge, measure, look at how your family uses each room, and agree on scope and a working budget. Detailed project consultation is a paid professional service, and we explain its scope and fee up front. You then see the rooms in 3D with an itemised quotation, and choose materials with real samples at our showroom in Chalappuram.
Wherever your site has space, our carpenters build right there, so you can see the materials, the workmanship and the progress against the timeline in our proposal. If there is no room, the major work is done in our workshop, and installation and finishing are done at your site.
Our management team brings several years of project experience from the GCC and India, which shows in how we plan, communicate and keep to schedule. We offer only what we can deliver, and we deliver everything we offer.
